My background in business psychology and medical education has given me valuable insights into the functions of the body, but it was above all my own illness journey that taught me the importance of a holistic perspective. Body and soul are interconnected, and that is precisely why I want to create a place where women can find rest, healing and strength - with a focus on stress management, well-being and wholeness.
